YEI Engineers is responsible for the mechanical, plumbing and fire protection design and specification for the maintenance and repair building, washdown facility and gatehouse for the San Diego Port Unified District Refrigerated Container Terminal Project. YEI Engineers is also responsible for the cost estimate and coordination of other disciplines. The mechanical systems included plumbing, fire protection, interior and exterior distribution for water, compressed air, natural gas and lubrication oil systems.
