Gymnasium: As part of the initial schematic studies of the John Adams Campus Gymnasium, YEI Engineers desitned the existing mechanical and plumbing systems for seismic retrofit and recommended alternative HVAC system solutions for the renovation of the basement for new classrooms, offices, and restrooms and compliance with the California Energy Commission Title 24 requirements. YEI Engineers, Inc. was awarded the mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing design phase of the project. .
