Project covers new areas include 3 carousel baggage claim areas, security queuing area, ticketing area, outbound baggage facility, Skycap area, telecom IDF and additional restrooms. Work includes validating mechanical schematic design performed by the Master Architect design team, major renovation work on heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, Direct Digital Control System, new chilled and heating hot water pumping system, domestic boiler system and plumbing system for new restrooms. Design consists of energy efficient measures to beat Title 24 requirements and application for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating. .
