YEI provided the design, specifications, drawings (based on East Bay Municipal Utility District's standards and requirements) and construction support to the project which consisted of two pumping plants and a quarter million gallon reservoir with interlinking pipe lines. The pumping plant is an underground structure. The reservoir is a stainless steel tank mounted on a concrete pad. During the construction phase, YEI reviewed and approved Contractor's shop and drawing submittals, resolved field problems, participated in construction meetings and performed field observation on site.
