YEI's Principals effectively manage the company. We strongly believe in assigning a Principal to each project who will manage the project from its inception to its completion. This management philosophy ensures that our client's project interests are served to the best of our abilities.

YEI has completed over 1,500 projects and employs a staff team of engineers, designers, AutoCad operators and administrative personnel. Over seventy-five percent of our engineers are registered, covering disciplines such as electrical, controls, and mechanical engineering.

IV. Professional Experience:

YEI provides complete design packages for commercial and industrial projects as well as feasibility studies, engineering studies, field investigation, plan schematics, design development and construction documents, cost estimates, specifications, and construction support administration for mechanical, electrical, and control systems. More than 50% of the projects have included the rehabilitation, renovation, upgrade, repair and expansion of existing facilities.

Electrical design projects include high and low voltage electrical systems, power distribution and transmission, power generation and cogeneration, standby and emergency power systems.

Mechanical system design projects include heating, ventilation and air conditioning, fire protection, heavy industrial utilities systems including high and low pressure steam, hot and cooling water systems, fuel supply systems including oil and gas. Also included are water treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs, drainage systems, heat exchangers, cooling towers, commercial and industrial boilers and power cogeneration requiring both mechanical and electrical systems.

Control system projects include control and instrumentation, both pneumatic and electronic, for processes, lighting, remote monitoring, energy management control systems, distributed control systems for processes and fire detection systems. YEI has been continuously active in PCB abatement services since 1979.
